Meet the Team
Caroline Robertson
Director
Caroline Robertson is a fully-trained solicitor with 10 years of experience in Litigation. As a Director of Medicolegal Scotland, she has a wealth of experience in instructing expert reports for a variety of disputes. She has extensive practical knowledge about what constitutes an effective and useful medical report. Caroline leads our Find an Expert service, liaising directly with various solicitors and indemnity insurers across Scotland, helping them find experts with the relevant specialist knowledge to assist their medico-legal process. Caroline also undertakes a valuable quality assurance process for experts writing medical reports, ensuring that the key points in relation to liability and causation are communicated clearly.
Stuart Robertson
Director
Stuart Robertson is a full-time ENT Consultant employed by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. He is also an Honorary Lecturer for the University of Strathclyde. As a Director of Medicolegal Scotland, he has established a busy medico-legal practice in Scotland’s central belt, specialising in personal injury and medical negligence work. Stuart has prepared reports on behalf of both Pursuers and Defenders in relation to a variety of ENT claims, including noise-induced hearing loss, tinnitus, facial trauma and Head and Neck cancer. He has been a GMC Associate since 2012, is a fully trained Performance Assessor and is instructed regularly as an Expert Witness.
